I hereby authorize AUB to conduct random verification with the BIR, any other appropriate government agencies and courts, and/or third parties including financial institutions, to establish the authenticity of the information provided and the documents submitted in relation to this application; accordingly, I hereby waive confidentiality rules and laws, as applicable for purposes of evaluation and processing of this application.

I hereby certify that I have read and understood, and hereby fully agree with the Data Privacy Policy of AUB found in https://www.aub.com.ph/privacyPolicy. Accordingly, I hereby authorize and consent to the collection, transfer, processing, storage, disclosure, and handling of my/the applicant's personal information pursuant to the said Data Privacy Policy, as the same may be amended, revised, or updated from time to time.
